2023 review: over 50 webinars delivered for members

BHETA works with expert Business Support Providers and third parties to deliver webinars designed to add value for our supplier members. In 2023, this included:

Market data – GlobalData, the leading research company, provided content for our quarterly Market Report presentations by our Marketing Director, Steve Richardson

Credit Forums – Brent Cumming of Let’s Talk Credit hosted quarterly Credit Forums supported by Aon Credit Insurance Brokers and PwC.

Sustainability & Net Zero – Will Powell from Future Shift unveiled their view on, “Sustainability: A Strategic Roadmap for Future-Ready Business” to help equip members’ businesses with the tools and insights to exceed upcoming sustainability requirements.

Retail Media growth & strategy – Jack Sweeney (Director at JDS Strategists) presented on the sudden boom in Retail Media and provided practical advice on how suppliers could, and potentially should be using retail media to drive business growth.

Aspin & e-commerce – the leading software compnay, Aspin, talked about the challenges and opportunities presented with each trading season and demonstrated how PixSell, the sales ordering and catalogue management application helps sales reps and agents to support retailers.

Export to the USA – we ran a number of export webinars including from the International Housewares Association on opportunities in the USA housewares market and the Inspired Home Show in Chicago.

Wastepack, Packing & Extended Product Regulations – Wastepack is a BHETA associate member and many BHETA members are part of their approved Compliance Scheme whereby they take on the legal obligations of the scheme members under the Regulations and achieve compliance on their behalf. Wastepack reported regularly on developments with the Extended Product Regulations.

RT7 Digital & Amazon – RT7, our Amazon marketing specialist partner, hosted a selection of webinars on optimising your sales on the  Amazon platform.

Training – Anderson Hirst from Selling Interactions shared current best practice thinking in developing Major Account Programmes.
