2022 was another good year of retail engagement for BHETA members. In the DIY & Gardening sector we heard from Homebase, B&Q, Toolstation, Mano Mano, Dobbies and NMBS. In the Housewares sector, we heard from John Lewis and Tesco. And the more general retailers we heard from included Amazon, Stax, eBay, The Very Group.
On the webinar front, we heard from Brew (Digital Marketing), Make UK, JDS (Growth), Aspin (E-commerce and sales software), Scarlet Opus (trend forecasting), Wastepack (EPR), RT7 (Selling on Amazon), Let’s Talk Credit (Quarterly Credit Forums), GlobalData (Market insights) and from Steve Richardson (Quarterly market update).
