BHETA training webinar on virtual sales oversubscribed

The British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA)’s one-day ‘Virtual Sales’ course on 22 July sold out within hours after being promoted online. The course is Institute of Sales Management and CPD accredited and attendees received a course manual and supporting materials, as well as unlimited email and telephone support after the event.

Commenting on the volume of enquiries, marketing manager, Steve Richardson said, “Clearly this is a sign of the times and it’s great that BHETA is in a position to offer something so topical. As with previous sales courses we have offered, delegates will enjoy a 34% discount on provider, Management Training and Development’s standard rates.

“Talking to members, sales to all routes to market including online, but also re-emerging bricks and mortar outlets in the High Street is crucial, but the store visit may no longer be the way forward. So it is vital that experienced and knowledgeable sales people can adapt their roles to the virtual environment whenever that is required.”

MTD Training Group is BHETA’s training provider of choice, having trained 250,000 staff from 9,000 companies in over 25 countries. Feedback from delegates on earlier BHETA course included “Excellent content, great delivery.

Ideal for anyone new to sales or that has been involved for years.” Topics covered included listening skills, objection handling, establishing and building contact, emotional intelligence and consultative selling.

BHETA provides a regular series of member courses and more information can be found on the BHETA website or by contacting Member Services.
