Marks & Spencer Forum proves popular with BHETA members

BHETA were very pleased with the member response to Heidi Woodhouse’s presentation last week. A very high proportion of the three hundred BHETA members attended, “I really enjoyed the webinar and was pleased to attend”, said Lyndsey Holden, Commercial Manager at Zwilling J.A Henkels.

Fresh from Marks & Spencer’s strong half year results, with sales of £5,105m and growth of 5%, Heidi provided a clear and detailed overview of the businesses’ strategy, the Home & Furniture category and supplier engagement.

Seema Grantham, Sector Manager for Housewares & Small Electrical, said, “We are very grateful to Heidi for such a detailed and well-presented Retail Forum. It looks like there are excellent opportunities for BHETA members with the M&S brand and we are hoping to organise a Meet the Buyer event for members in 2022.”
